Yes. We provide relocation services throughout Assam and to any location across India.

3. How do you ensure the safety of my belongings during the move?

All items are packed using high-quality materials such as bubble wrap, foam sheets, corrugated cartons, and protective layers. Our trained team handles every item carefully during packing, loading, transportation, and unloading.

4. How is the cost of relocation determined?

Pricing depends on factors such as the volume of goods, distance of the move, type of vehicle required, packing materials used, and any additional services requested. We provide a clear and transparent quotation after understanding your requirements.

5. Do you conduct a pre-move inspection?

Yes. We can arrange a physical or telephonic assessment to understand your belongings, moving requirements, and destination details to provide an accurate quotation.

6. Do you provide packing materials?

Yes. We supply all necessary packing materials including boxes, tapes, bubble wrap, foam sheets, and protective covers to ensure secure packaging of your items.

7. Is insurance available for my items?

Insurance is optional and can be arranged upon request. It provides additional protection against unforeseen events during transit.

8. How early should I book my relocation?

It is recommended to book at least 3–5 days in advance for local moves and a minimum of one week for long-distance relocations to ensure smooth scheduling.

9. How long does a move usually take?

The duration depends on the volume of goods, distance, and specific requirements. Local moves are generally completed on the same day, while interstate relocations vary based on route and distance.

10. Will my furniture be dismantled and reassembled?

Yes. We dismantle furniture items such as beds, tables, and wardrobes when required, and reassemble them at the destination.

11. Can I track my shipment?

We provide regular updates and communication regarding the movement and current status of your goods during transit.

12. What items are not allowed to be transported?

Hazardous materials such as flammable liquids, explosives, perishable goods, and illegal items cannot be transported for safety and regulatory reasons.

13. Do you offer storage or warehousing facilities?

Yes. We provide safe short-term and long-term storage options for household and office goods.
